I'm Paul. I run software projects to ship. These days that means lean, no-ceremony delivery: clear priorities, real estimates, and stakeholder updates you can read at one glance.

I'm currently Operations Systems Manager at an influencer-sourcing agency, where I lead delivery across the team. Before I managed delivery I built the systems myself as a full-stack and cloud engineer, including payments infrastructure at a fintech platform. That is the edge: the timelines I give hold up, and I make the technical calls a non-technical PM can't.

Magna cum laude, BS Computer Science (Adamson University). Philippines-based (GMT+8), comfortable working async with overlapping hours for US, AU, and EU teams.
